What you want to know.
Do I need to know anything about our family?
No. The book works even without any input from you — the family tree, chronicle and notes pages are then left blank to fill in yourself. With a photo, dedication and story it becomes even more personal.
Which photos work best?
Old family photos look loveliest: the grandparents' wedding, the first house, the whole family. A phone snapshot of the paper print is enough — in the book it appears in warm sepia, matching the style.
What if there are few sources about our name?
Then we tell the story through the region the name comes from and the eras your family has lived through. Uncertain details are flagged as such — we don't make anything up.
How long does it take?
After ordering, you have three days for the questionnaire. Then the book goes into production; printing and shipping usually take 7 to 12 days.
Can I give the book as a gift?
That's exactly what it's made for. Choose “As a gift”, enter who it's for and who it's from — and at checkout give the recipient's address or your own.

Can I return it?
The book is made individually for your name and is therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal. If something is wrong — a printing error, damage in transit — we will of course reprint it.
